Ingredients
6 artichokes
1 kg fresh bean
1 grated onion
Half a glass of extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
1 teaspoon flour
1 bunch of dill
4 spring onions
1 lemon
Half a liter of water
Salt

RECIPE
Take three spoons of olive oil in the pot and heat. Add the onion you planed and cook until it turns pink. Add artichokes.
Add sugar, flour, salt, lemon juice and cold water. Cover the pan and cook for 30 minutes.
Boil the pods in a separate pot and remove their shells. Saute in olive oil. Add finely chopped spring onions and dill on top and mix.
Fill in the navel of artichokes. Spread olive oil on them and serve.
